Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 Working Days (Tail-Lift Included)
- Deliveries are made within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.
- Please do not book any tradespeople until you have taken receipt of your full order.
- Whilst every effort is made to deliver on pre-arranged dates, we cannot be held responsible for logistical delays beyond our control.
- Customers must inform us of any access restrictions before ordering. Inaccessible sites or missed deliveries will incur re-delivery charges.
- Inspect goods upon arrival before signing the POD. If issues exist, accept the goods but sign as 'Damaged' and contact us immediately with photos of the labels.

Delivery Failure
If a delivery fails due to restricted access (narrow roads/slopes) or unclear instructions, a charge of £150 to £200 per pallet will apply to cover return and logistical costs.
