Split Packs Policy
Split packs are available for customers requiring additional slabs to complete a project. If your order consists solely of a split pack, we will proceed once you have confirmed agreement to our small order terms. Small Order Policy
Selecting the Appropriate Quantity
We strongly recommend ordering an additional 10%–15% to account for cutting wastage, aesthetic selection, and potential transit damage. This buffer ensures your project remains on schedule and avoids costly top-up orders.
Batch Consistency
To ensure the best visual finish, please purchase your entire requirement in a single order. Natural stone and porcelain can vary slightly in color and texture between different production batches; buying all materials at once minimizes this risk.

Access & Delivery Failures
Most deliveries use 18-tonne vehicles. If your road is narrow or restricted, please inform us in advance. Failures due to undisclosed restrictions will incur a redelivery fee of £50 or a return charge of £200 per pallet.
Return costs for Northern Ireland are £340–£355 per pallet. Due to high transit costs, NI customers are strongly advised to order extra material to cover all eventualities.
Damages & Compensation
In accordance with industry standards, compensation is not provided for transit damage affecting 0% to 7% of the total order. Pro-rata refunds are issued for damage between 7% and 20%. Replacements are only considered if damage exceeds 20% and is supported by photographic evidence.
Note on Stone Cladding: Small fragments may occasionally detach during transit. These are not defects and can be easily reattached using adhesive during installation.
Natural Variations: Stone is inherently variable. Images represent specific batches; exact visual matching or perfect uniformity cannot be guaranteed in natural products.
