Service Fees & Ordering

Premium Express Delivery is subject to a surcharge based on your delivery postcode. This fee reflects the priority handling and expedited logistics required for next-day transit.

  • Surcharge typically ranges from £8 to £20 per pallet.
  • Orders can be placed online or via telephone.
  • After placing your order, please contact our support line to finalize logistics and settle the postcode-based surcharge.

Delivery Timeframe

Our courier partners aim to deliver premium consignments before 5:30 PM on the following working day, allowing your project to proceed without unnecessary downtime.

Please note: Service availability is subject to current inventory levels and regional carrier capacity. We recommend confirming eligibility with our team for critical deadlines.

Operational Realities & Policy

While we coordinate for the fastest possible transit, occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen network congestion or high seasonal volumes. Please review the following terms:

  • Premium surcharges are non-refundable in the event of transit delays.
  • Once dispatched, orders enter an automated expedited workflow; on rare occasions, network spikes may cause a 24-hour delay.
  • Third-party carriers do not offer compensation for fluctuations in transit time, as these are outside of our direct control.
  • For reasons of cost-efficiency, it is not feasible to provide individual, 24-hour live monitoring for a single consignment within a high-volume network.
