Split Packs Policy
Split packs for paving slabs are available only where a customer purchases more than one full pack of a single-size product. Split packs are not available on patio packs, which contain mixed slab sizes within a single crate.
Full Pack Option Offers the Best Value
We strongly encourage customers to purchase full packs of paving slabs wherever possible. Full packs remain sealed in original factory packaging and avoid the additional labour involved in unpacking, re-packing, and sourcing extra pallets. In addition, delivery charges are contracted with third-party freight carriers and are subject to fixed minimum costs per consignment. For these reasons, full packs are consistently the most cost-effective option.
Headline Prices Based on Full Packs
All advertised prices are calculated on full pack quantities. Alternative coverage options are provided via the “Choose A Coverage” dropdown for reference only. Due to fixed handling and transport costs, unit pricing improves as order quantities increase, with the lowest cost achieved at full pack level.
Minimum Order Policy | Important
The minimum order quantity for Paving Slabs is one full crate. This requirement does not apply to Stone Setts, Stone Cladding, or Split Face Tiles.
Where an order is placed for less than one full pack of paving slabs, a refund will normally be issued and credited within 2–4 working days. If an order below one full crate is submitted due to a misunderstanding of our split pack policy, we will contact the customer to confirm the applicable terms prior to dispatch.
Samples are excluded from this policy and are available on selected product ranges only.
Samples Policy
We supply 100 x 100 mm product samples, available to purchase directly from the relevant product pages for a nominal charge to cover postage and packaging. Full-size samples are not offered, as paving materials are supplied as construction-grade products rather than retail display items. Samples are intended to provide an indication of colour, surface finish, and overall character only.
Some sample lines are currently subject to limited availability due to manufacturing schedules and supply delays. We are working closely with our production partners to restore normal availability and will update the website as soon as further samples become available.
Due to restricted sample availability, collection is not currently offered, and we do not operate a physical showroom. All product photography and descriptions are provided on individual product pages, showing materials in different lighting and weather conditions. Where available, additional images may be supplied on request—please contact sales@pavingslabsdirect.co.uk.
Samples are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with delivery typically taking approximately 2-4 working days. Delivery times are indicative only and may vary. Please note that sample shipments are not trackable.
All samples are cut from full-size slabs and will naturally vary in colour, shade, and surface texture. Samples are supplied for guidance purposes only; the final delivered goods shall take precedence.
Stone cladding samples are supplied for visual reference only and are not shipped using specialist stone transport pallet services. As a result, minor transit damage may occur, including individual pieces becoming detached from the backing. All samples are supplied on a strictly non-returnable and non-refundable basis.
