Industry Logistics & Peak Period Delivery

Once pallets are dispatched through the Palletways network, the process operates similarly to a standard postal service; precise delivery windows are determined by the local depot's route scheduling, which remains outside of our direct control.

Our standard delivery is an economy kerbside service via tail-lift. Please note that all delivery dates and times displayed within the tracking system are estimates only and do not constitute a legal guarantee of arrival.

During peak periods, the national pallet network frequently experiences high volumes at specific regional hubs or along major trunk routes, which can lead to logistical bottlenecks. As one of many clients utilizing this infrastructure, we do not have internal visibility into the daily operational capacity of individual local depots. Occasional delays are an inherent part of heavy-goods transport and are a common occurrence throughout the paving industry.

Whether sourcing from us or another supplier, the delivery experience is essentially identical. Very few paving companies maintain a private nationwide fleet; instead, the vast majority of the industry relies on the same third-party pallet networks. Consequently, delivery performance and potential for peak-time delays are consistent across all major paving brands.

Experienced trade professionals and builders who regularly source materials understand these logistical variables. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods as the network works to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
