Thank you for your recent order and for choosing Paving Slabs Direct.

Upon reviewing your purchase, we would like to bring our Small Order Policy to your attention. Our standard policy requires a minimum initial purchase of one full pallet. Split packs are intended solely as supplementary materials for customers who have already purchased full pallets but require additional coverage to complete their project. Because split packs require manual handling and repackaging, they are inherently more vulnerable to transit-related damage, such as chips, cracks, or breakages. Due to the high logistical costs of heavy goods transport, providing replacements for small quantities is not sustainable. Therefore, our standard procedure is to cancel and refund orders that do not meet the full pallet requirement.

Alternative Arrangement:

To accommodate your specific project needs, we can proceed with your delivery if you agree to waive any claims for transit-related damages (including breakage, chips, or cracks). By choosing this option, you accept the items in the condition they arrive.

Please reply to this email to confirm how you would like to proceed. If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed via Shopify. Refunds typically appear in your account within 2–4 working days.
