Return Responsibility
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. If requested, we can assist by arranging a collection via Palletways, subject to depot confirmation that the collection location is suitable for pallet vehicle access.
Cost Breakdown (Per Full Pack)

Total Deductions:

Note: Combined logistics costs usually exceed £200; these fees represent a partial recovery only.
Northern Ireland Orders
Return costs for NI are £340–£355 per pallet. Due to high transit costs, we strongly advise ordering extra to cover potential breakages, as refunds are only offered for damage exceeding 7%.
