⚠ Stone Fragment Detachment

Natural stone cladding panels are assembled from multiple individual stone strips. Minor stone fragment detachment can occur and is considered an inherent characteristic of this product type. Any loose pieces can be re-bonded during installation. Claims relating to detached fragments will not be accepted, as this does not affect the structural integrity or final visual performance once installed.

⚠ Stone Cladding Sample Policy

Stone cladding samples are supplied for colour, material, and surface reference only. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. Charges reflect packing and courier handling costs. Parcel delivery may involve handling beyond our control, and backing condition on samples cannot be guaranteed.

If your primary purpose is to assess stone colour and texture rather than backing condition, please contact us in advance. Samples can be supplied on the understanding that minor backing detachment may occur. Many stone cladding products sold across the UK originate from the same quarry regions as our factory production.

Sample boxes are not reinforced for parcel shipment. Full orders are palletised and securely packed at source. Breakage or stone detachment during pallet transport is extremely uncommon.
