Corners for the second variant must be purchased together with the straight panels. Orders for corners only will be canceled and refunded.

Cement-Backed Stone Cladding – Technical Characteristics

⚠ Stone Fragment Detachment

Cement-backed stone cladding panels consist of multiple natural stone strips bonded to a rigid backing. Minor fragment detachment can occur and is considered a normal characteristic of this product type. Any loose pieces can be re-fixed during installation. Claims relating to detached stone fragments will not be accepted.

⚠ Stone Cladding Sample Policy

Samples are supplied for colour, texture, and material reference only and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Charges reflect packing and courier handling costs.

Due to the weight of cement-backed panels and standard courier handling, partial detachment during sample transit is common.

If your primary purpose is to assess stone colour and texture rather than backing condition, please contact us in advance. Samples may be supplied on the understanding that minor detachment may occur. Many similar stone cladding products sold in the UK originate from the same quarry regions as our factory supply.

Sample boxes are not reinforced for parcel transport. Full production orders are palletised and securely packed. Breakage or detachment during pallet delivery is extremely rare.
