# Return Cost Breakdown

Please find below the detailed breakdown of return costs for **full pallet packs**:

## Return Responsibility

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. If requested, we can assist by arranging a collection via **Palletways**, subject to depot confirmation that the collection location is suitable for pallet vehicle access.

**Total Deductions:**

_Note: Combined logistics costs usually exceed £200; these fees represent a partial recovery only._

### Northern Ireland Orders

Return costs for NI are **£340–£355 per pallet**. Due to high transit costs, we strongly advise ordering extra to cover potential breakages, as refunds are only offered for damage exceeding 7%.

## Next Steps

To proceed, please ensure pallets are prepared according to **Palletways' guidelines**. We require **clear photos** of the prepared pallets before authorizing collection.
