## Our Position on OEM & Private-Label Adhesives

Over the years, we have received invitations from adhesive manufacturers offering to produce OEM / private-label products for us, enabling us to sell adhesives to customers under our own branding.

However, we do not believe this route genuinely benefits the end customer. In many cases, private-label adhesives enter the market through rebranding and packaging, followed by a higher retail price. While commercially attractive, this approach rarely delivers meaningful improvements in performance, specification, or long-term value.

High-performance adhesives are not scarce. There are many well-established factories producing excellent products under their own names, supported by proven formulations, clear technical data, and long-standing market reputations. Our position is clear: **we recommend adhesives where the manufacturer's name and reputation stand directly behind the product. We do not participate in the sale of rebranded, private-label adhesives.**
